Wyatt Management is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support multiple commercial construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade partners, and clients to ensure clear communication, maintain accurate documentation, track project progress, and assist with daily project operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced TEAM environment.
WhatYou’ll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support our Project Managers and field teams by helping keep projects organized and moving forward. Your day may include:
- Supporting Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and general project activities
- Organizing project files, permits, and compliance documents so everything stays accurate and easy to access
- Helping with project financial tasks such as change orders, budgets, invoices, and client billing
- Tracking milestones and deadlines, coordinating vendors, and preparing weekly updates
- Acting as a communication link between PMs, vendors, field teams, and clients
- Coordinating preconstruction and weekly meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items
- Managing document control for contracts, submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and more
- Keeping project management systems and shared platforms up to date
- Supporting safety documentation and ensuring field staff have PPE and materials they need
- Assisting with event planning and helping onboard new trade partners and employees
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the “go‑to” person who helps things stay organized and on track.
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow in the commercial construction industry.
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of experience in a project coordination role, ideally in commercial construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in Adobe Acrobat
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- A dependable cell phone, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
- Experience with Red Team project management software
