Senior Construction Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at Wyatt Management, you will lead the execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction planning through project delivery and closeout. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Wyatt’s high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams, trade partners, and clients.

• Building, developing, and managing client relationships.
• Estimating and bidding projects
• Vetting bids, preparing scopes, managing contracts, and monitoring Trade Partner performance
• Lead and oversee all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction and planning through execution and closeout.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, city/county/state officials, and internal project teams.
• Lead project meetings, including pre-construction coordination and weekly job site reviews.
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges, changes, or risks that could impact scope, schedule, cost, or quality.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to project team members to support team development.

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Experience with tilt-wall, ground-up, tenant finish, retrofit, and remodel construction projects.
• Proven experience directing project teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with Lean Building practices and last planner.
