Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Superintendent role located in The Woodlands, TX. The General Superintendent will oversee project sites, ensuring that daily operations align with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, monitoring project compliance, coordinating labor and equipment on-site, and addressing any construction challenges. The role also involves maintaining adherence to safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and fostering collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction site management, ability to oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Strong skills in coordinating and managing subcontractors, labor, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Solid knowledge of safety regulations and practices with a proven record of maintaining an exceptional safety record.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration while fostering professional relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
  • Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is an asset.
