PROJECT MANAGER - TILT WALL
Well-established family-owned and operated, top notch full-service Houston Metro specialty CONCRETE contractor is seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER preferably with 5+yrs experience. Client services a wide range of projects including Structural & Light Commercial Concrete Projects, such as Schools & Educational Buildings, Offices, Multifamily, Churches, Warehouses, Medical, Retail and more
Key Candidate Qualifications:
- Project Management experience must include Light Commercial Concrete Tilt-Wall, Low-Rise
- Bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management, Construction Science, or Engineering preferred
- 5+ years working for a Commercial Concrete specialty sub-contractor or self-performing General Contractor
- Practical leadership abilities, like motivation, goal setting, and conflict management
- Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
- Creative and results-oriented, with a keen sense of urgency and self-motivation.
