Job Title: Business Development Manager, OCTG

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Reports to: Director of Sales

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary:

We are hiring a true hunter to help drive new business across the oil & gas market. This role is built for someone who knows how to open doors, create opportunities, and turn relationships into long-term accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and winning new customers while working closely with leadership and operations to execute at a high level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and win new operator and service company accounts
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead the sales process from first call to close
  • Spend time in customer offices building face-to-face relationships
  • Coordinate internally to deliver fast, reliable execution
  • Represent Petro Pipe at customer meetings and industry events
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in oil & gas sales or business development
  • Strong OCTG knowledge preferred
  • Proven track record of closing new business
  • Self-starter with a competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working autonomously and being held accountable
