As a Business Development Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in enabling strategic decisions through accurate data, CRM management, and actionable insights. This newly created position offers the chance to shape processes, support high-impact initiatives, and contribute to our rapid expansion.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver clear, reliable analytics to support business development and sales strategies.
  • Drive CRM data integrity and ensure accurate reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Coordinate proposals and KPI tracking to enable timely and informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities Include
  • Serve as CRM administrator/superuser, maintaining structure and data accuracy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sales KPIs and business development metrics.
  • Coordinate proposal development and monitor prospect pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Project Controls to support forecasting and revenue tracking.
  • Lead Bid/No-Bid meetings and structured opportunity evaluations.
  • Support broader business development campaigns and strategic projects.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales analytics, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data insights.
  • Hands‑on CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Experience in EPC, oil & gas, or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal coordination.
