This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in The Woodlands, TX. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, managing documents, and assisting with office operations. Responsibilities may also include communicating with clients, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting team members with daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Qualifications- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle administrative tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in handling customer communications, maintaining records, and providing exceptional client service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with office software, scheduling tools, and basic data management.
- Ability to work in a team environment, demonstrate professionalism, and adapt to dynamic workplace challenges.
- Prior experience in administrative or assistant roles is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
