The Senior Staff Accountant plays a key role in ensuring that all project?related and non?project expenses are accurately recorded, properly classified, and aligned with organizational standards. This position contributes to the development and refinement of accounting procedures, reporting practices, and operational workflows. By applying strong accounting knowledge and systems expertise, the Staff Accountant helps enhance the financial performance and operational efficiency of Company?s

growing portfolio.

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and support month?end close activities.

• Coordinate with fuel suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt of invoices and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate tracking and allocation of fuel, equipment, mileage, and labor costs.
• Provide required data to fuel suppliers to support accurate nominations.
• Record accruals for operational expenses.
• Ensure all costs are coded correctly by project, business line, department, and industry.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Work with external auditors and provide requested documentation.
• Conduct ad?hoc financial analysis and participate in special projects as needed.

• Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3?5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in Energy, or Oil & Gas industries required.
• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced Excel skills preferred.

• Occasional local travel to regional sites or job locations.
• Travel requirements less than 25%.
