An OTF coach is one of the most admired coaching roles in the entire industry. OTF sets the standard in program design, technology, innovation, and growth as a fitness coach.

• Successfully coach predesigned workouts to groups of 10+
• Create a fun and inclusive fitness experience for all levels of exercisers
• Provide a clean and safe environment for members to work out in
• Energize and motivate clients through the sessions
• Build attendance and retain members
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
• Attend monthly/Quarterly/ and other staff meetings and regional educational trainings
• Handle member concerns
• Assist in the sales process

• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Positive attitude, effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
• Must hold current fitness certification from an OTF approved company such as ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM, AFFA
• CPR/AED certification
• Preferred 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry
• Must be able to safely lift and move 40lbs
• Excellent customer service skills
