• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to help solve their needs.
• Assist guests and provide support to achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment certified when required to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking, packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Capabilities to handle cash register operations as needed; comfortable with physical requirements (e.g., climbing ladders, lifting up to 44 pounds); ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; mobility for shift duration.
