This is a full-time, on-site Veterinary Customer Service Representative role located in The Villages, FL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and collecting necessary patient information. You will manage client check‑ins and check‑outs, process transactions, and ensure exceptional service during every client interaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient and client records, collaborating with veterinary staff, and assisting in a compassionate and professional manner.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in scheduling, record‑keeping, and data entry
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable interacting with pets and their owners, with a patient and compassionate demeanor
• Prior experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting is preferred
• Proficiency with veterinary software or other medical practice management systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in veterinary assistance or customer service are beneficial
