Under the direction of the unit director, utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis, and implements and evaluates the plan of care.

  • Florida Registered Nurse License
  • BLS
  • ACLS
