Overview
We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Cleaner candidate for assignment in The Villages, Florida. The selected candidate will clean spaces in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
This position has a pay rate of $16 - $18/hr
Responsibilities- Cleaning and maintaining restrooms, break rooms, carpets and hard surface floors
- Cleaning designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Making adjustments and minor repairs
- Stocking and maintaining supply rooms
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid Driver's License
- 1+ years experience cleaning in a facility environment
