This Observation unit is a bit different from the traditional model. We’re a 67-bed unit with a very fast pace, high patient turnover, and a wide range of patient acuity. It’s a dynamic and rewarding environment, but it definitely requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and stamina.

• Education:
  
  Associate  Degree in nursing or higher nursing degree
• Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  Florida Registered Nurse License
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: NIH Stroke Special
• Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience
