Job Summary

Are you a Physical Therapist who loves seeing real progress-not paperwork? At Aviv Clinics you will practice at the top of your license in a cutting edge, performance-driven environment where patient outcomes come first and insurance restrictions don t get in the way. Under the leadership of our Medical Director, the Physical Therapist plays a key role in transforming how our patients move, perform, and live.

You will manage a dynamic patient caseload while working with a multi-disciplinary team. You will work closely with the Medical Director to ensure all care plans align with Aviv Medical Program protocols and fully leverage the benefits of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to drive measurable, life-changing results. This role blends clinical expertise with innovation, data-driven decision making and hands on coaching.

Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
  • Strong commitment to patient care, with a focus on individual patient needs
  • Background or understanding of medical concepts related to aging processes and associated treatments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Active licensure as a Physical Therapist; certifications in specialized treatment areas are a plus
  • Previous experience in an innovative medical or health-focused environment is advantageous
Education
  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy program (approved through the American Physical Therapy Association) and holds an active license (must have passed the NPTE exam for Physical Therapists) through the state’s licensing board.
  • Current basic life support (BLS) certification (with AED).
