Freedom Pointe is looking for an MDS Coordinator-RN to join our team. The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, maintenance and timely completion of the MDS care plans and medical records for residents.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records related to MDS.
- Current RN license in the State of Florida.
- Current CPR certification.
