Licensed Practical Nurseto join our team.
Available shifts: evening and day shifts available including every other weekend.
Job Duties Include- Assists Health Director in evaluating resident’s needs, condition, and care
- Works with Health Director to develop and update service plans for individual residents
- Assigns and instructs non-licensed staff on daily duties
- Assists Health Director with compliance of EOEA regulations
- Responsible for processing physician’s care and medication orders
- Maintains unit records and updates charts in accordance with Thirwood Place policies
