• Base pay: $37.00/hr – $45.00/hr (DOE)
• Student Loan Reimbursement Available
• $3.00/hr NOC Shift Differential
• Full‑Time Day & NOC Shifts Available

As a LPN Charge Nurse, you will oversee daily nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure care plans are followed with professionalism and compassion. Your schedule will include a rotation and weekend availability.

• Oversee and supervise nursing care for residents
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
• Perform general nursing and medication administration duties

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in the state of employment
• Experience or strong knowledge in geriatric care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
