Overview
The Dalles Treatment Center is seeking passionate CADC R, I, II, and III Remote/ Hybrid counselors to join our growing team. If you're driven by the opportunity to help individuals reclaim their lives, this is a place where your impact is real and your career can flourish.
$28.00/hr - $34.00/hr, Depending on Experience. $5,000 Hiring Bonus. Relocation Assistance Available. Must be able to commit to 2 weeks of onsite training. Then commit to 3 days in office / 2 remote.

- You will be assisting clients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
- Be a beacon of hope for clients as they adjust to a drug-free existence, providing emotional and physical support through their journey.
- Ensure clients receive the best care by adhering to program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform duties with dedication and within the scope of their professional license and certification.
- Stable workspace and internet connection
- Oregon CADC R, I, II, or III licensure.
- Valid driver's license.
- Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
