Occupational Therapist – The Dalles, OR | Monday–Friday Day Shifts
Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a committed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative rehab setting in The Dalles, Oregon. This is a fantastic opportunity for clinicians who value structured schedules, productivity, and a supportive clinical environment.

The Dalles, OR - Shift: Day shift
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday - Start Date:
ASAP - Setting:
Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility - Productivity Requirement: 90%
- Duration: 13-week assignment (with possible extension)
- EMR System:
Experience preferred but not required
- Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist license
- Prior experience in SNF or geriatric rehab preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team-based care model
