A Driver‑CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck and providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers. The driver must ensure the vehicle is in compliance with the Company’s safety standards, adhere to all Company, state and federal regulations, and complete vehicle condition reports (“VCRs”) daily.

• Perform pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, reporting any safety issues.
• Safely operate a heavy truck along assigned routes, following route sheets and dispatcher instructions.
• Operate manual/automatic controls to lift, load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material.
• Maintain courteous interactions with customers, dispatchers, and others.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag them per departmental procedures.
• Continuously monitor waste for unacceptable conditions and clean spills, maintaining safety standards.
• Ensure the vehicle remains operationally ready, cleaning waste from the packer blade and truck body as needed.
• Complete required route/productivity sheets, VCRs and other reports.
• Maintain adherence to required productivity standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and actively participate in the Company’s ReSOP program.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
• Display good customer service, time‑management, and professionalism.
• Adhere to Company policies, promote safety standards, and show pride in work.

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.
