This is a full-time on-site role located in The Colony, TX, for an Assistant Retail Manager. The Assistant Retail Manager will oversee daily operations, assist in managing staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising the sales floor, supporting team members to meet sales goals, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Assistant Retail Manager will assist in scheduling, inventory management, and training staff to uphold store standards.

• Proficiency in team management and the ability to lead and motivate team members effectively.
• Experience in sales and achieving performance-based targets.
• Organizational and time-management skills to oversee various store responsibilities.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in retail management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is an advantage.
