• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws
• Maintain clean and organized service areas and tables
• Communicate with the bar and kitchen staff for smooth service
• Handle payments and operate POS system
• Provide attentive, personalized service even during busy hours

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Previous serving experience preferred (especially in a bar or fast‑paced setting)
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
• Must be 21+ and have (or be able to obtain) any required local/state certifications (TABC Certificate and Food Handlers Certificate)
