Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced COMMUNITY MANAGER for our apartment community, The Boat House in the Colony, TX.
Responsibilities- Manage community operations and maximize rental income while minimizing expenses through control and planning
- Demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Communicate effectively and maintain strong organizational skills
- Maintain high energy and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- 2-4 years in management experience in property management or business
- Experience with financials, budgets and preparing monthly ownership reports
- Excellent marketing skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High energy and a professional demeanor
