Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community,
The Boat House in The Colony, TX
.
- A minimum of 3-5 years general maintenance experience
- EPA certification and willingness to take calls after hours
- A strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community
- A customer-focused attitude and supportive team player
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
