Job Summary
Reporting to the LAIG Support Manager in our Dallas office, you will have the responsibility for
providing technical support for our products to LAI Games customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Always provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email interactions.
- Maintain an active approach in troubleshooting and fault finding of all hardware
- Provide clear and concise feedback to management
- Provide proper care and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and work area
- Work with other divisions of Helix Leisure when needed
- Perform general office duties including helping team members from other areas as
- directed
- Maintain detailed call records of support calls in our ticketing system.
Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to troubleshoot to the component level, comprehend schematics, and walk our
- customers through this process to resolution.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Competence in computing and Microsoft Window OS
- Competence in networking of computer systems
- Ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, and sequential
- approach
- Knowledge of printed circuit boards
- Ability to function effectively when under pressure and maintain self-control
- Self-starter who enjoys a dynamic environment and can work under minimal
- supervision
- Be able to travel to vendor or customer locations as needed
- Valid passport as overseas travel may be requested in rare cases
Qualifications/Education
- High school diploma/ general education degree (GED) and/or at least two years’ industry
- experience with electronics
