Position available:
Part-time Arcade Attendant. This role is responsible for anticipating guest needs and exceeding guest service expectations while maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions involve assisting guests across various areas and upholding Andretti’s standards of quality guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Explain racing requirements and safety guidelines to guests clearly and confidently.
  • Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are fully stocked.
  • Perform minor repairs on games and explain game operations to guests.
  • Notify Game Technicians of any machine errors and return game play credit to guests.
  • Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
  • Observe, instruct, and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
  • Assist with guest recovery and ensure positive guest experiences.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Andretti brand, products, policies and procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and co-workers.
  • Be aware of and knowledgeable about facility emergency procedures.
  • Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned.
  • Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
Skills & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.
Physical Requirements
  • Walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring organization, bending, reaching, lifting, climbing and stocking.
  • Ability to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times.
  • Work environment may include bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds; manual dexterity to operate equipment.
