NHANCE is seeking a motivated massage therapist to join our studio as an independent contractor.

• A licensed massage therapist who is currently running their own business or is interested in growing their practice with the support of NHANCE.
• If you do not yet have an established client base, you should be open to building your brand with the resources, referrals, and exposure provided by NHANCE.
• A therapist who is passionate about helping clients feel better, move better, and recover through hands-on therapy.
• Someone excited to work with a diverse range of clients, including active individuals, professionals, and those seeking stress relief and recovery.
• A professional who values client care, communication, and creating a positive, welcoming experience.

• A collaborative, wellness-centered studio environment at NHANCE.
• Access to a client base seeking therapeutic and recovery-focused massage services.
• A contract-based role that allows you to run your own business while benefiting from NHANCE’s space, brand, and referral network.
• Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your sessions and availability.
• Opportunities to collaborate with personal trainers, nutrition coaches, and other wellness professionals.

• Current Massage Therapy License in the state of Texas.
• Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, or relaxation massage (modalities welcome but not required).
• A current business or willingness to develop your own practice within the NHANCE framework.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach to care.
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to client comfort and safety.
