Purpose

The Special Ops Junior Lead is an emerging leader who supports Pop Stroke’s most critical moments — new openings and venues that need cultural, operational, or leadership reset. This role does not “fill in.” It fixes
, teaches
, and leaves a legacy by embedding The Pop Stroke Way, hands‑on execution, team training and ensuring teams are prepared for the growth ahead. This role blends the best of the Kitchen Manager and Assistant Operating Partner roles and is the living model of:

• Support Coaches in overseeing food, beverage, golf, cleanliness, safety and shift execution.
• Perform all kitchen and service leadership functions including scheduling, ticket flow, quality control and inventory.
• Assist with ordering, pars, invoice accuracy and payroll reporting.
• Ensure product quality, recipe adherence, plate presentation and waste prevention.
• Teach station standards, sanitation, safety and service excellence.
• Lead by example — visible, positive, reliable and hands‑on.
• Model The Pop Stroke Way during every shift.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching and performance feedback.
• Support development of hourly team members and shift leaders.
• Reinforce accountability, urgency and teamwork.

• Address guest concerns immediately and ensure recovery standards are met.
• Ensure all sanitation, security and accident‑reporting protocols are followed.

• 3–5+ years in Kitchen Manager or Assistant Operating Partner role.
• Serv Safe Certified or willing to obtain.
• Strong operational discipline with hunger to grow into OP leadership.
• High energy, coachable, culture‑first mindset.
