The duties of the Builder Support Representative include but are not limited to the following:- Maintaining builder relationships.
- Assist Sales Managers in any aspect of the daily duties.
- Address issues and provide solutions for customer concerns.
- Maintain all aspects of customer PO’s.
- Make sure all paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure the POs are delivered on time and complete.
- Make sure all service paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure that Service tickets can be completed in a timely manner.
- Make sure completed orders stay current and are correct
- Make sure billing is correct and turned in each day
- Make sure all newly released orders are entered into the ERP system each day
- Must know excel, outlook, and can learn PowerPoint.
