Family Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ – 3 PQE)

A modern and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–3 years PQE) to join its growing Family team in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive environment.

You will work across a broad range of privately funded family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy and property issues
• Child arrangements
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Mediation and alternative dispute resolution

You will assist a senior fee earner with more complex matters while also developing and managing your own caseload. For the right candidate, the role offers strong career progression and exposure to high-quality work.

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:

• Between NQ and 3 years’ PQE in family law
• Experience working on private family matters
• Strong drafting, communication and client-care skills
• Confidence in managing your workload and working under supervision
• A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to team development
• An interest in marketing, writing articles, or supporting business development (desirable)
