A specialist SEN school in Thatcham is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Complex Needs Support Worker to join their supportive team. The school works with students who have a range of additional needs including Autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students develop essential academic, social, and emotional skills.
• Support students in and outside the classroom to engage with learning, develop independence, and build confidence.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals to deliver personalised support tailored to each student’s needs.

  Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
