Maintain Accurate Inventory Records:
Ensure all material receipts, issues, and returns are recorded in the system and stock registers without discrepancies.
Verify Material Quality & Quantity:
Check incoming materials against purchase orders and challans to confirm correctness before accepting them.
Timely Material Issuance:
Ensure smooth and prompt material distribution to site teams as per approved requests, avoiding delays to project execution.
Compliance with Storage & Safety Standards:
Organize and store materials properly, ensuring protection from damage, loss, or misuse, while following safety and SOP guidelines.
Regular Stock Audits:
Participate in weekly/monthly stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system entries, reporting variations immediately.
Other Desired
Skills:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to minimize errors in documentation and stock handling.
Basic working knowledge of Excel, inventory systems (ERP/SAP), and material tracking tools.
Good communication and coordination skills to work efficiently with procurement, site execution teams, and vendors.
Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines during fast-paced site activity.
Strong discipline, integrity, and accountability in handling and safeguarding project materials.
