The Assistant Manager for Store Operations in the Factory Outlet-Domestic Business is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of exclusive brand outlets. This position demands a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset to manage and optimize store operations effectively. The role involves ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple stores, focusing on stock management, cash receivables, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
The Assistant Manager will be instrumental in driving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to dynamic retail environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and commercial acumen within the team. Additionally, the role involves coordinating exhibition sales and ensuring consistent stock availability to meet customer demands.

Principal Accountabilities
Monitor and manage daytoday operations across all stores ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes Oversee stock levels and ensure consistent availability of products in all stores to meet customer demands Ensure accurate and timely cash receivables management across all four stores maintaining financial integrity Uphold high standards of store presentation including housekeeping and store branding to enhance customer experience Coordinate and manage the ordering of stock ensuring timely replenishment and optimal inventory levels Lead and organize exhibition sales maximizing exposure and sales opportunities for the brand Drive the achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and execution fostering a results oriented environment
