Create and communicate sales goals for each store to store management.
Evaluate metrics on specific product lines and instruct Store Managers to adjust inventory appropriately.
Actively listen to Store Managers to determine and address their needs.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports, submitting your findings and analysis to senior management.
Serve as the primary point of contact with vendors, distributors, and brokers in your region.
Inform senior management of any discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Relationship Building:
Ability to develop strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Leadership & Communication:
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience:
Prior experience in project management and/or sales.
Technical Proficiency:
Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
Analytical
Skills:
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making
