Job Description
Ensure assigned Secondary Sales Target as per Annual Business Plan ( ABP.

Ensure Growth Over Last Year In Given Number of Stores as per the ABP Responsible for continuous growth in sales and ensure improved change in store grading Ensure right merchandising at right store during season period Responsible for handling sell through analysis percentage Ensure proper merchandise efficiency at stores in the entire region handled Maintain accurate MIS Reports with on timely basis New store location identification & evaluation by having strong networks(SIS.

Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales target Maintain Mystery audit score for Region above 80% Train & develop team members for succession planning

Principal Accountabilities
Ensure the achievement of assigned secondary sales targets as outlined in the Annual Business Plan ABP  Drive growth over the previous year in the specified number of stores aligning with the ABP objectives  Oversee and enhance merchandise efficiency at stores ensuring optimal product placement and availability  Lead and manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue meeting or exceeding established sales targets  Ensure the right merchandising strategies are implemented at the right stores during the season period  Implement visual merchandising guidelines effectively to enhance store presentation and customer experience
