Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, driving sales, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive environment to meet sales goals and providing strategic input to improve overall store performance.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to ensure excellent shopping experiences and meet customer needs effectively.
Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal relations to lead a team and interact with customers confidently.
Experience in Store Management, including inventory control, staff supervision, and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain the security of store assets.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
Experience in retail or apparel industries is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
