Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a  Modular Furniture Store Manager  at Xen Modular. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience while managing staff and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, monitoring retail losses, and implementing efficient store management practices. The Store Manager will lead the team in delivering exceptional service to uphold the company's reputation for quality and excellence.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills for effective team leadership and client interaction
Experience in Store Management of minimum 2 years with a proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations
Leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in languages like English, Hindi and Marathi
Prior experience in the interior design industry is a plus
