Experience:
2-10 years
CTC: ranging from 3.5 LPA - 20 LPA (please note the CTC is dependent on the experience level)
Location:
Thane, Maharashtra
Industry experience in planning and conducting:
User interviews, Usability testing, Competition analysis, UX audits, Persona creation
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and evaluate primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research for apps and websites.
Perform user interviews, usability tests, and domain research (both qualitative and quantitative) focused on digital products.
Research and analyze demographics, market trends, and competition within the mobile and web space.
Identify and use the best tools to document research progress.
Use Figma effectively as part of the research workflow.
Be a people’s person with strong interpersonal energy.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and users to encourage smooth collaboration.
Understand project goals and articulate complex ideas persuasively during research
