Production Order Supervisor

Manufacturing of contractors:

Manufacture of products as per priority/ confirmation dates in sales orders on daily basis to meet Delivery reliability & output Targets.

Handling 30 workmen & 1 sub-contracting suppliers

In house Manufacturing:

Manufacturing of products as per priority/ confirmation dates in sales orders on daily basis to meet Delivery reliability Targets.

Monitoring of Delivery Reliability and Output Targets on Daily basis.

Release the production orders, loading schedules in SIOMS, make confirmations in SAP and ensure timely consumption of material against Production orders.

Monitoring of Age of Production orders.

Handling workmen on shop floor for production related activities on three shift bases.

Need to conduct training of workmen and ensure product quality & safety on shop floor.

Maintain records of output/ Productivity/ PI/ IHF/ Idle time/Overtime and Extra cost.

Handle Industrial Relations issues and maintain House Keeping.

Ensure implementation of ISO
9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015and ISO
45001:2018 (IMS)

Sub-contracting activities:

Prepare a manufacturing plan for sub-contracting vendors. Convey the plan to Sub contractor and take confirmation.

Release the PO's for Subcontracting items to suppliers and follow-up the same to meet production/ Delivery reliability targets

Review of Material availability at vendor and send the required materials to supplier by preparing delivery challans.

Coordinate with vendors for closing of delivery challan within 180 days

Reconsolidation of vendor stocks with the help of WSGR/BA. (Physical Inventory)

Q reporting:

Involve QA for analyzing the problems noticed during assembly and coordinate with depts for controlling of these errors

Ensure timely calibration of instruments.

Preparing M reports for rejected material on Monthly basis

Prepare I report for Defective items reached to assembly line & sub-contracting vendors

Ensure Workplace conformance with Safety and Health regulations (HIRA, Noise & Illumination level for workplace)

Required

Qualification:

BE / Diploma Mechanical/production with 4-5 years exp in relevant electrical industry. Willing to work in shifts.

Techniques (Technologies / Methodologies / Professional Knowledge):

SAP key user for PP & MM Module, MS office

Basic commercial processes/Manufacturing process, LEAN methodology, IMS & ISO standard knowledge

Team Player Experience In New Product Launch Is Preferred.
