Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented  Sr. Executive – Production  to join our organization. the Sr. Executive – Production will ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies while driving continuous improvement in production efficiency, cost optimization, and resource utilization. The position demands strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up operation.
Perform production activities individually.
Verification of resources (raw-materials, clean apparatus/equ production.
Labelling, signing work orders, BMR-BECR, Line clearance
In process sampling. Final material sampling and packing.
Perform and Verify cleaning activities. 6.
Highlight breakdown, abnormal observations to seniors of the
Read, review and follow SOP.
Perform verification, calibration. Inform preventive maintenance instruments and equipment to senior chemist/officer.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Masters/bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
Basic understanding of peptide synthesis principles is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
