Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage operations of TFO, Warping, and Auto Drawing machines
Oversee production activities and ensure achievement of targets
Handle manpower planning, machine utilization, and process control
Ensure quality standards and minimize wastage
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives
Senior leadership role in textile manufacturing
