Plant Head

Key Responsibilities    Lead and manage  end-to-end plant operations  for jewellery, watch, and accessory manufacturing.
Ensure production efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery (OTDIF).
Drive  process loss control  and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and achieve  quality metrics  and operational KPIs.
Mentor and manage production teams, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
Required Experience     10–15+ years  in  jewellery manufacturing , with mandatory exposure to  watch and accessory manufacturing .
Minimum  5 years in a leadership role  managing large-scale production.
Strong expertise in  OTDIF, quality metrics, and process optimization .
Preferred Skills    Leadership and team management capabilities.
Knowledge of  Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) .
Familiarity with  precision manufacturing techniques  for luxury goods.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
