Monitor production lines and resolve technical or process-related issues.
Implement process improvements for cost reduction, efficiency, and quality enhancement.
Coordinate with all teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain production reports, process documentation, and shift records.
Support new product development and product trials.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, ISO procedures, and quality systems.
Manage shop-floor manpower, training, and operator skill development.
Track production KPIs (yield, productivity, rejection, downtime, etc.).
Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
