Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane, Mumbai & Hyderabad for a Senior General Manager. The Senior General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure project execution, develop and implement business strategies, and manage teams for operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include fostering client relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, preparing budgets, and driving overall business growth while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications
Leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Business strategy development, project management, and operations management expertise.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for handling client relationships and vendor collaborations.
Knowledge of fire safety regulations, fire protection systems, and compliance standards.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making and process optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Prior experience in the fire safety, construction, or related industry will be an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site role at all locations.
