Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced  Sr. Manager – Operations  to lead  customer onboarding and transaction-related activities , ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. This role involves managing a team, overseeing NACH registration and settlements, and driving  business transformation through digitization initiatives .

Thane (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer onboarding for corporate buyers, financiers, and MSME vendors
Oversee NACH registration and settlement processes
Ensure timely resolution of service requests and audit points
Drive automation and digitization projects to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in operations within NBFCs, Fintech, Banks, or Payment Platforms
Minimum 4–5 years of team management experience
Knowledge of KYC, lending, and payment industry preferred
Exposure to product/process launches and digitization initiatives

Skills Required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT)
Ability to work independently and drive solutions
Knowledge of fintech enablers and automation tools
