Role Description

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for Pronto Sys's IT services and digital solutions.
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, email communication, and online channels.
Present and promote Pronto Sys's products and services, including software solutions, web development, and digital marketing services.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to ensure accurate solution mapping and timely delivery.
Utilize digital marketing knowledge to support lead generation through SEO, social media, online campaigns, and website inquiries.
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
Handle client queries, negotiate terms, and assist in closing deals effectively.
