The CRM Operations Specialist is an execution-oriented role designed for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who thrives in a KPI-driven environment. The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate the daily functioning of Homesfy's CRM system, ensuring high levels of data integrity and the seamless execution of sales workflows. Reporting to senior CRM and operations leadership, the successful candidate will focus on disciplined process adherence, reporting assistance, and providing critical support to system users to drive operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities
CRM Operations & Support
Support daily CRM operations and ensure all system usage aligns strictly with defined organizational processes.
Assist in the management of users, roles, and permissions, alongside basic workflow configurations.
Monitor CRM data quality regularly and flag discrepancies for immediate corrective action.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate, real-time lead, opportunity, and sales data within the CRM platform.
Generate and distribute standard reports and dashboards to provide actionable visibility for internal teams.
Assist in tracking critical performance metrics, including lead movement and conversion status.
Incentives & Cross-Functional Coordination
Run the incentives process and coordinate with the Finance and Post-Sales teams.
Process Execution
Enforce data entry standards and ensure sales teams comply with established CRM protocols.
Provide operational support during the implementation of process enhancements and new system workflows.
Identify gaps in CRM usage and escalate issues to leadership to ensure continuous improvement.
System & User Assistance
Serve as the first point of contact for CRM-related queries and technical troubleshooting.
Support CRM integrations with internal tools under the guidance of senior leadership to ensure data synchronization.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new users to drive consistent system adoption across the organization.
Perform regular system health checks to maintain data consistency across all internal platforms.
Required
Qualifications & Experience
2–4 years of experience in CRM Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar operational support role.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive willingness to learn.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, or equivalent systems.
Solid understanding of sales processes and lead lifecycle management.
Proficiency in working with structured data, dashboards, and operational reports.
Preferred
Basic-level CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Associate or Zoho Certified User).
Professional exposure to real estate, channel partner, or high-volume sales environments.
Initial exposure to CRM automation, advanced workflows, or system configurations.
SQL and python
