Role Responsibilities:

Manage client services for GST, IT, ROC, and Trademark processes
Handle escalations to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution
Monitor and improve team productivity against service SLAs
Coordinate cross-functionally for seamless service workflows
Key Deliverables:
Timely, quality delivery of compliance and legal services
Escalation logs and resolution TATs with client feedback reports
Weekly team performance and SLA/KPI dashboards
Implementation of service improvements and training plans
