Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital, tech, and creative domains.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and pitch proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies.
Stay updated with trends in AI tools, social media marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Leonardo, etc.) to generate content ideas, marketing copies, visuals, and pitch decks.
Support marketing initiatives by creating AI-driven content (reels, posts, emailers, decks, etc.) when required.
Research industry trends, competitors, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain CRM records, manage leads, and track conversions to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or client servicing (agency background preferred).
Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
Ability to leverage AI tools for creative and strategic outputs — content generation, campaign ideas, and visual creation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Good command of Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM tools.
